1Acceptance and scope of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the The Fan Pass platform, a SaaS service published by INNOVE GAME, which enables the creation, deployment and management of digital Fan Passes added to your fans' mobile wallets (Apple Wallet and Google Wallet).

By creating an account, accessing our platform or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unreservedly accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must immediately stop using the Service.

2Description of The Fan Pass Service

The Fan Pass is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows creators, artists, influencers, brands and organisations to create and manage digital Fan Passes. These passes are added by fans to their mobile Wallet and serve as a direct channel for sending notifications, information and exclusive benefits.

3User account

To use certain features of the Service, you must create a creator account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information, and to keep it updated throughout your use of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect fraudulent use, you agree to notify us as soon as possible.

4Plans, pricing and payment terms

The Fan Pass may offer different plans (free or paid) providing access to specific features. When paid plans are available, prices will be displayed in Euros (EUR), inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated. Payments will be processed via a third‑party payment provider (such as Stripe) and subject to their terms and conditions.

5Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including (without limitation):

• distributing illegal, hateful, violent or defamatory content;
• sending spam or large‑scale unsolicited communications;
• attempting unauthorised access to the Service or to third‑party accounts.

6Intellectual property

The Service, its structure, design, trademarks, logos, domain name and all graphical and technical elements are the exclusive property of INNOVE GAME or its partners.

You retain all rights over the content you create or import into The Fan Pass (text, visuals, trademarks, etc.). However, by using the Service you grant us a limited licence strictly necessary for the technical operation of the Service (hosting, display, distribution to your fans).

7Confidentiality and personal data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy policy, which describes in detail how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
